When the end of the year fast approaches, the last thing you want is all of the hassle of organising Christmas. Why not surrender to the luxury of a family Christmas at Shores House? All you have to do is arrive and relax. We’ll do all of the cooking and washing up. Just like in the summer holidays, we will organise breakfast, tea and dinner, including a cracking feast on Christmas Day as a climax to the festivities. To build a hearty appetite before Christmas dinner, have you ever tried a breezy walk in the sand dunes? It’s something of a tradition hereabouts.

We can offer the same high standard of service for New Year. Suggest the idea to your closest friends: Shores House is the perfect place to party, for a whole week not just one night. And how’s this for a New Year’s resolution? You can take part in the annual Jan 1 swim-or-surf at Polzeath. The experience is supposed to banish all but the most persistent of hangovers.

For 2011, Christmas will run from Wednesday 21st December to Tuesday 27th December and New Year will run from Thursday 29th December to Thursday 5th January 2012.
