When you stay at Shores House, you can of course bring your own alcohol. But you’ll also discover a fine and rare selection that can be made available to you. Every wine has been chosen with enormous attention, emphasising the vintage as much as the wine. After all, many lists offer wines that are frankly immature. The best vintages give rise to wines that require decades to display their true character and complexity. So here is a chance for you to savour these more aged wines.

All of the world’s best wine-producing areas are in our selection, also containing some marvellous pudding wines and a couple of vintage ports, one of them being the greatest vintage of the late 20th century. We have been just as choosy with the house wines. They are also selected from the finest recent vintages.
