Get in contact now either by phone or e-mail to reserve the week you want. Then, we’ll hold this time for five working days. This will allow you to down-load the booking form (see the printable pdf file below) and post it to us with a cheque for one third of the total amount that is due. The cheque should be made payable to Robert Bell.

The remaining sum is due eight weeks before your stay and we will send you an invoice nearer the time. You will also be asked for a damage deposit of £1,000. We will meet you when you arrive to answer any questions and show you where everything is (it’s a big house!). We will return your deposit as soon as we have checked the house after your departure.
